Thanksgiving 2009

On this Thanksgiving, we are thankful for our health, our family, friends and loved ones, the homes in which we live, the jobs which we have, the food we have in our pantry and the time we get to spend with one another. There are so many blessings in our lives we are thankful for and thank God for them every day and especially on this day of Thanksgiving.

We are so thankful for such a wonderful son, Ashton, who is now is our lives and we could not imagine it without him. He brings such a ray of sunshine to our lives and we are so blessed to have this healthy, happy little guy who we love so very much!

Grandma and Grandpa DiFatta sent me my very first Thanksgiving outfit for Turkey day and Mommy got some really adorable shots of me. Thanks G-ma and G-pa DiFatta!

I am even helping her by posing with my little hands crossed- Mommy just ate it up!

I have my own jumper and G-ma and G-pa Hopper's and I sure do love to jump in it too! Mommy is starting to think I may be half frog!

For Thanksgiving we went over to Grandmommy and Granddaddy Hopper's house. We had all sorts of yummy food and had a nice time together! Thanks G-Ma and G-Pa Hopper for all the fun, food and fellowship!

Happy Birthday Uncle Marc!!!

Yesterday was Uncle Marc's 32nd birthday and Mom, Dad and I, went over to the Baldwins to help celebrate. We had an early Thanksgiving feast with the Baldwin's and the Hardy's and Maw-Maw since Uncle Marc and Aunt Jenn-Jenn will be out of town in NC for the real day. All the food was so yummy according to Mom and Dad (I'm not able to taste, just yet!) and they had a lot of fun with everyone. As usual, I got all kinds of loving from our 2nd family and really enjoyed our visit. Thanks again for including us in all the fun! Happy Birthday to Uncle Marc!

Mama D feeding me dinner and Maw-Maw is making my laugh!

Me, Papa and Uncle Marc hanging out doing what guys do.

Me, Mama D, Papa and Maw-Maw all talking about current events.

Me loving on my Uncle Marc, giving him birthday sugar.

Uncle Marc blowing out his BD candles! We had a yummy sugar-free ice-cream cake made by Mama D.

GO BLUE!!!!!

Despite an upsetting loss to Ohio State today, Daddy and I , and even Romeo gave it our all by wearing our Michigan gear in support of our team! I had on my Michigan onsie that Grandma and Grandpa DiFatta brought down for me, Dad had on his jersey and hat and Romeo had on his collar. Mommy had gone to the doctor to get medicine (she found out she has a sinus infection- yick!) and when she came home she found all her guys in their team spirit gear. Sorry, Michigan that you didn't win, but we will always support you! GO BLUE!!!!

2 pooped guys on a Friday night

It was Friday night and after a long week of work for Daddy and a long week of me just being my baby self, we were pooped! Daddy was feeding me my night-time bottle and we happened to fall asleep together afterward. Mom thought we were so darn cute, she had to get a picture of us! I sure do love my Daddy!

Watch out ladies.......

Ashton DiFatta is on the loose! Yes- I know I'm a casanova- but hey, it's not easy being a ladies man...someone's gotta do it!
And yes- Aliens ARE really cool on your PJ's- try not to judge me, my Mommy dresses me for bed!

Introducing.... Mr. Fussy Pants

I'm not quite sure what has gotten into me, but man have I been fussy lately. For the last couple of weeks I have been a grump and poor Mommy and Daddy are trying to figure out why. It could be due to my 3 months shots, or to me having a growth spurt. It could even be that I'm starting to teethe, but whatever it is, it's wearing us all out! I was a good sleeper for Mom and Dad and now I may get up a time or two in the middle of the night....starving!!! But hey, I'm a baby and that's what we do- keep our parents on their toes...or at least for the first year or so.
